A connected journey for dealers and the internal team

Selling a caravan involves choices, pricing, documents and conversations that continue well beyond the initial enquiry. Adaptal built a Salesforce system that brings dealer activity, internal sales and warranty service into a connected working environment. The focus was to support the people handling each part of that journey with the records they need.

Dealer quoting built around Titanium’s price book

The dealer portal gives dealers a place to see their quotes and generate new ones using Titanium’s price book. Configure, price, quote (CPQ) supports the quoting process, bringing product and pricing information into the same workflow. Dealers can work from an established price book while the internal team manages its own sales pipeline.

From a quote to a document ready to sign

The implementation includes quote management, price books and PDF generation, with DocuSign integrated into the document process. This connects the structured quote information with the documents that need to be shared and signed. It gives the sales process a clear path from preparing an offer to handling the associated paperwork.

Support that continues after the sale

Warranty service and case management form another part of the system. They give the team a structured place to manage service enquiries alongside the broader customer relationship. The project therefore extends beyond selling a caravan to supporting its owner after handover.
