One operating picture across a franchise network

Franchise management means keeping track of the businesses, people, agreements and regions that make up the network. Adaptal built Salesforce workflows for Carpet Court to bring those relationships together. The system supports the franchise lifecycle, including onboarding a new franchise and offboarding one when circumstances change.

Cases and contracts in the right franchise context

The implementation manages the cases that relate to each franchise, together with contracts and regional relationships. This gives teams a structured way to work with the details of a franchise rather than treating each enquiry or agreement in isolation. Contract management and DocuSign support the associated document and signature processes.

A more structured onboarding process

Survey management supports the collection of information when onboarding members and entities. These workflows sit alongside franchise onboarding and offboarding, helping organise the information needed at each point in the relationship. The focus is on making the process clear enough for teams to follow across the network.

Connecting the website and the data warehouse

The project also includes integrations with Carpet Court’s website and data warehouse. These connections extend the franchise-management system to the other places where business information is collected and used. Alongside cases, contracts and signatures, they make Salesforce part of a broader connected operating environment.
